Catherine is an established commercial leader with an unparalleled understanding of what it takes to launch a brand and succeed in the UK market. With over 25 years’ experience, she’s worked with some of the most respected names in beauty and retail, and is a proud CEW board member.
Following on from in-house roles at Space NK, Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, The Very Group and L’Oréal Luxe, Catherine launched Yellow Flamingo in 2017, with the goal of supporting brands with launching, scaling and strengthening their position in the UK market.
As Yellow Flamingo has evolved, Catherine’s curated a collective of hand-picked, trusted senior specialists and launched The Flock, which gives brands access to multi-function, full-service support at every stage of growth, covering marketing, communications, commercial growth, operations and beyond.
